Returns/Repairs

I'm sorry to hear you're not loving your purchase! But don't worry, I'm here to help! Just take a look at the return/repair policy to get your request started – I've got your back!

​Returns:

  • Earrings, Clearance Pieces, or Custom Orders are not eligible for return

  • Buyer must initiate return request within 10 days of delivery

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition

Repairs:

  • Buyer must initiate return request within 1 year of delivery/purchase

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Once repairs are completed, item will be returned free of charge

  • Buyer is responsible for costs of replacement rings exceeding 10 rings

​

NOTE:  Due to color variances in the anodization processes as well as normal wear and tear, replacement rings may not exactly match original rings
